    Session
     

    A session takes about an hour. The first 35 or 40 minutes of the session is spent talking about hypnosis, leading you through a few demonstrations that explain how the hypnotic process works and answering any questions you might have. I will also make a recording of your session so you will have it to listen to at home if you ever need reinforcement.
